At ToolMix, we strive to ensure fast, safe, and reliable delivery of all orders across the European Union.
Below you can find details about our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and related terms.
1) Shipping Regions
We currently deliver to all countries within the European Union.
Orders are shipped from our central warehouse in Riga, Latvia, or from our local warehouse in Estonia, depending on stock availability and destination.
2) Delivery Time
  • Standard delivery time is 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote regions or islands may require a few extra days for transit.
  • You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier schedules, customs, or seasonal demand.
3) Shipping Cost
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
  • For large or bulky items (e.g., insulation systems or construction machinery), we may contact you after the order to confirm final transport costs.
  • Free delivery may be available for promotional offers or bulk orders — please check our store or contact us for details.
4) Order Processing
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been packed and handed over to the carrier.
5) Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items located in different warehouses, it may be shipped in separate packages.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
6) Delivery Issues
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
  • Check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Contact our support team at info@toolmix.eu for assistance.
    We will liaise with the courier and keep you informed until the issue is resolved.
7) Damaged or Lost Packages
If a package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:
  • Take photos of the package before opening.
  • Contact us immediately at info@toolmix.eu.
    We will help file a claim with the courier and arrange replacement or refund as appropriate.
8) Pickup or Freight Options (upon request)
For large or commercial orders, we can arrange freight transport or local pickup directly from our warehouse in Latvia or Estonia.
