At ToolMix, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, please review the following policy.

1) General Return Terms

• You may request a return within 14 days from the date you received your order.

• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

• To start a return, please contact us at info@toolmix.eu. Detailed return instructions will be provided by our team.

2) Return Address

Depending on where your order was shipped from, the item must be returned to our warehouse in Latvia or Estonia.
You will receive the exact return address and instructions via email after submitting your request.

3) Responsibility for Return Shipping

• If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, ToolMix will cover the cost of return shipping.

• If the customer ordered the wrong item, size, or color, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Each case will be reviewed individually to ensure fair resolution.

4) Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned product arrives at our warehouse and has been inspected and approved.
Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear in your account.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5) Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please note this in your return request.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

• Products that have been used or altered

• Items without original packaging

• Custom-mixed or personalized materials

• Clearance or sale items (unless agreed otherwise)

7) Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening and contact us immediately.
We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
