3) Prices and Payment

• All prices on toolmix.eu are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.

• Accepted payment methods include PayPal, credit/debit cards, and other options listed at checkout.

• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).

• ToolMix does not store or have access to your card details.

4) Delivery

• Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Latvia or Estonia, depending on product availability.

5) Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused and in original packaging.

• If the item is defective or damaged, ToolMix covers the cost of return shipping.

• If the customer ordered the wrong product (size, color, etc.), return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

• Refunds are issued after the product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

6) Warranty

All products sold by ToolMix are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, as specified by each brand.
Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer’s terms.

7) Liability

• In no case shall ToolMix’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the purchased product.
